A new shirt, cooking/eating delicious food, go traveling, etc. But maybe only few would put workout in this list, because it may not be something people usually associate with joy, since it requires dedication and labor, which sounds more like hard work than something that makes us happy. I tried to have an exercise routine during teenage years, but never lasted more than a couple of days. It wasn't until that I'm in my 30s, where I gave birth to my 2nd child, that I thought I had to kick myself in the butt and start working out once and for all, for long term health benefits.
