Homemaking Tips 🌷 2: The Perfect...

There are thousands of organizing and storage equipment created in the modern days, and yet it's always been one of the biggest challenges to find the perfect one.
I've been married with kids for 6 years now, and there's always a corner or area at home I try to figure out how to reorganize. I don't live in a big home, and yet there's constantly something I work on.
Anyhow, the point I'm sharing today, is that it takes quite a lot of time, energy and cost to find a perfect storage solution.
Take this corner in the picture for an instance.
The Before picture was what I thought as the "perfect organizing idea" when I purchased the open basket units. However, as time went by, it kind of grew out of control despite my effort of reorganizing / eliminating unnecessary items. So after using the Before basket for about a year and noticing that I couldn't keep the area visually pleasant, I decided to research for another kind of organizer, which you see in the After picture.
By changing the style from open storage to the drawer type, the contents no longer "spill out", and thanks to the mesh, I can still easily locate items because of the semi-visibility.
The reason for the difficulty is because we all live in different types of homes, and even though the products may look good on advertisements, we won't really find out the outcome until we test for ourselves. But all in all, my motto is to have fun doing the experiments. I can always repurpose or donate the old storage units.
