Good day friend!
In parts 1 through 10, I introduced that I started Paleo diet 16/8 intermittent fasting for sustainable health and also adopted/created my own workout routines to best boost the combined results.

We tend to underestimate it, but regardless of age, diet, fasting or not, exercising is the most effective method to increase physical strength, happiness, and it's rejuvenating.
When we think about workout, we may picture lifting weights, getting 4 or 6 packs, signing up for gym, needing special equipment, or something that can only be done when we have enough/extra time.
There's no need to go that strict, we just need a radius of about our height, right inside our home. That's where my workout area has been since I started working out routinely 2 years ago.
To explain a bit more of my background, I'm a full time working mom of 2 little boys, and biggest reason I'm was able to find the time and space to do exercises, despite the daily tight schedules is thanks to Marie Kondo's Netflix show - the magic of tidying up, which enlightened me to switch to a live-current lifestyle, to mainly keep/work with things/tasks in the household that support our current lives, and hold little to no extra/just-in-case items.

This helped significantly in reducing upkeeping/management time, and freed up a lot of spaces in our home, allowing me to allocate time in investing in my long term health goals, which is my current biggest passion.
Here's the change in 1 year.
In the previous post, I showed some shaping moves using weights.
